THE BRIEF
The brief for this contemporary new build apartment was to showcase the space creatively yet practically for potential purchasers and tenants.
INSPIRATION
Our focus was to make the apartment feel homely and luxurious with a contemporary edge in order to appeal to the wide range of buyers the area attracts.
THE DESIGN
To achieve a diverse appeal, we introduced an array of textures including velvet, silk & wool and in varying patterns and colours: this delivered a relaxed yet vibrant feel, appealing to the more mature audience.
The punchy artwork and design-led lighting capture the first-time buyer market whilst the reflective glass tables maximise the space visually.
We applied a fresh understated pastel colour palette throughout embellished with eclectic decorative accessories.
